Haochen Pan

Thank you for stopping by! I am a third-year CS Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago, advised by Dr. Kyle Chard since August 2023. My primary research interests lie in the realms of distributed systems and cloud computing, with a particular focus on data streaming and message queueing technologies.

Before joining Globus Labs, I was advised by Professor Shan Lu from September 2021 to August 2023. During my undergraduate years at Boston College, I had the privilege of working as a research assistant for Prof. Lewis Tseng for 2.5 years and also served as a teaching assistant for Prof. Naomi Bolotin's Computer Science I & II classes for five semesters.
